Problem with VS2010

Jun 10, 2010 at 5:20 PM

Hi

When I run through the tutorial http://www.microsoft.com/design/toolbox/tutorials/pathlistbox/carousel.aspx with Blend4 there is no problem. When I switch to VS2010, I got following error with the XAML Designer:

Invalid XmlnsDeclaration occurs in assembly 'Expression.Samples.PathListBoxUtils, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=76319f7ba805fb35'. XmlnsDeclaration references a namespace 'PathListBoxUtils' that is not in the assembly.

I can compile an run the apllication with VS2010 without problems, but I can't use the designer?!?

I use the released version of Blend and VS2010

thx

Same problem here.  Same software: released Blend4 Ultimate :  released VS2010 Ultimate.  Worse... even when I don't show Design view in VS2010, intellisense gets thrown for a loop in xaml view... in fact, Visual Studio slows to a crawl with that error showing.

I'm having the exact same issues as tomgiebink. I've also had VS2010 crash once or twice when it tries to use intellisense in XAML. Anyone have any thoughts?
